Four-time GRAMMY Award-winning duo Mary Mary is back is back after a four-year hiatus with a powerful song entitled “Back to You,” inspired by the upcoming Paramount/MGM movie “Ben Hur!”
Written and produced by Warryn Campbell (Tyrese, Kelly Price, Musiq), the duo, Erica & Tina Campbell, was struck by the movie’s message and strong forgiveness storyline after a meeting with the movie’s marketing company D3 Entertainment group.
The video will exclusively premiere on Thursday, July 21 at 2 p.m. EST/11 a.m. PST on BET.com. On Friday, July 22, Mary Mary will perform their song and be interviewed by “The Preachers,” on FOX TV. Click HERE for local listings.

Tamela’s highly-anticipated new album ONE WAY officially drops on Friday, September 9, on her Tillymann Music imprint through RED Distribution. An extensive multi-city U.S. tour in support of the album will launch this fall. DreamHouse Entertainment has released a brand new single titled “Woke Up Today” led by Canton Jones. The single was birthed from both founders of DreamHouse Entertainment, Jonathan Fleming and Candis White. White penned the single as a tribute to Fleming who was recently released from prison after 24 years, 7 months, and 20 days of false imprisonment. The single, featuring Canton Jones, Vaughn P, Kenny Blanco and Candis White, is an inspirational song that reminds the listener to be thankful for every moment.
“Woke Up Today” tells the story that no matter what we go through in life, we’re given another opportunity to overcome it every day we wake up. There’s no greater gift than the gift of life,” says White.

The video, produced by multi-award winning Canton Jones of CAJO International, is an energetic reenactment of “a day in the life.” Because of its cross-genre appeal and overall relevance in African American communities across the country, both video and single are being serviced to multi-formats.
